Content info from NAS/network drive files

Hi,

I’ve seen contradictory, as I understand it, information about this.

Is it possible to have the content info for files stored on a NAS/network drive or not?

Those two threads are not contradictory. One has do to with collection, one has to do with caching.

Yes, of course it’s possible to have content info for files on NAS. The feature would be worthless, otherwise…

Then I got it wrong… By content info I mean if it can have movie sheets for movies/series stored in a NAS/network.

If I’m not confused, again, I think I read a long time ago that this was possible only for local drives.

Yeah, a long time ago that was true (maybe a year or so?)
