Can anyone help me out; I need the 1800 phone number so I can contact support; has been nearly 2+half month since drive failed…and I cannot login to check RMA status - keep getting error message about correct RMA number…BUT I AM USING THE CORRECT NUMBER.
Have seen the contact number before, thought I had it listed safely, but no - cannot find it…and no luck trying to ‘google’ a contact number…why is it so hard to have a failed drive replaced?
