Contact for project support

Hi there. Mark from inciteimages.com. Is there anybody at WD marketing/ PR who can contact me urgently about an imminent Arctic expedition and the use of WD My passport wireless on this project. Regards. Mark. (Ps, has anybody used my passport wireless in sub zero temps before … -30 degrees Celsius)

Thanks James.

Got any Intel on sub zero temp use and general limitations? Does the HD fail, SSD perform better? is the connection the weak point, i.e. Can’t get enough power through cable … Just wondering the tech reasons for the operating temps and whether there is anything we can do to stretch these temps.

At moment, the best scenario is a small pelican case with a heat pack in it enabling above zero temperatures (or some good old sleeping bag backups.) Thanks buddy.
