Constant white Light and no access after upgrading my "My Book World Edition II"

Hi,

I hope you can help with this problem I have since i upgraded earlier today.

I am unable to get in contact with my “My Book World Edition II” even if I connect it directly to my PC using Ethernet cable.

I cannot:

  • reset it using the reset button

  • turn it off using the power button

It has a constant white light, where it normally moves up and down.

I hope you can help me
