Constant 'Server Connections Interrupted:' message when using MyCloud Drive

Hi,

I have an iMac and Macbook and both have the same problem when trying to copy files to my photo archive on the MyCloud drive. I get a ‘Server Connections Interrupted:’ message about every 20-30 seconds and the file transfer takes forever.

My firmware is v04.05.00-342 on the WD MyCloud and it’s connected via wifi to the iMac running Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.2.

I’ve seen an old thread on this topic in the WD Community but there was no declared solution in that thread. I can’t be the only one with this frustrating problem.

Can anyone help please?
