Constant red system LED - what does it mean?

The top (System) LED above the two blue drive LEDs on my EX2 Ultra is constantly red now -should be blue. The manual does not describe this scenario. The dashboard reports no error, everything seems to be fine. nevertheless I want to know, why the LED is now red instead of blue…

Hi tlenne,

Please know that if the drive has consumed more than 95% of the space then it would sow the Red LED on the My Cloud.

I have still 68% space free. Nevertheless, I was successful by applying a 40 sec reset…hopefully it will last now.
