Constant blue light problem

I just bought a live duo unit. After connected, the drive is found and OK on the network, but when I followed the link for automatically updating the firmware. The updating process encountered an error (code 3000 or something), saying ‘checking the network connection’. And the front led light is now stuck in blue.  The drive can not be found on the network any more. I can’t access the web-UI.

It is for Mybook live unit, not the duo unit I have.

I believe the blue light means the same thing with the Duo that it did with the MBL. It is either booting up or in sleep mode. I think you will need to have it replaced.
