Connectivity issues

Hi,

I’ve had my WDMC running well for a few weeks now. Very happy, except suddenly I’m not able to connect to it via the iPad or iPhone apps (it says it’s offline), and the dashboard times-out when trying to view it in a browser.

I can still drag files to it, and the TV is still seeing it as a media server.

Everything was up to date and nothing has been changed recently.

Any ideas?

Have you tried some simple troubleshooting steps like doing a power cycle for the My Cloud and router? You can also try pressing the reset button on the back of the My Cloud for 4.
