Connection with IFTTT

Just in the last couple of months, my IFTTT applets with My Cloud Home have stopped working, with an error message stating My Cloud Home cannot complete the action. If I disconnect the credentials and re-add them on IFTTT, the applet works - for a short time, and then the issue happens again.

I contacted IFTTT, and they found a timeout issue on the My Cloud Home side, and said I needed to resolve it with them. I contacted WD, and all I got was them trying to troubleshoot the actual drive (which works fine), and they told me IFTTT was a third party app and they couldn’t provide any support.

Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone have any specific way I can get WD to look at their setup with My Cloud Home? I’m about out of ideas at this point.
