Connection status is showing "Relay" in Web client and "Local" in iOS App

Hello, I’ve set up “My Cloud Home” as shown in manual. I’ve enabled UPnP option in my router. When I check the connection status from mac’s safari, it shows as “Relay”. I am confused because iOS app shows “Local” but it also shows “Relay” in iOS’s safari. So, my connection is “Local” or “Relay”?

Could you solve the Problem ? If yes, how ? I have the same.

I’ve contacted with wd technical support, but it can’t solved. However, I think that problem is because of my network. At that time, I’m using internet connection from my university, and they have complex system. So, I think the problem is my university network. I tried a lot, but I can’t solve that.

Now, I’m using mycloudhome with my home internet connection, and everything is fine.
