Hello together,
I have the problem that I use 6 computer allready to connect to the My Cloud Ex2. Now I wanted to bring a seventh computer in but he can not connect to the my cloud. The OS which I use Windows 10.
Does someone have an Idea what the problem is?

Please make sure your computer must be in the same network as your WD My Cloud Ex2.

If your computer and your WD My Cloud Ex2 is on same network.
