Connection issue - MYbooklive 1tb

Hello,

I have an issue with a mybooklive 1tb drive. It does not show up on my laptop and I cannot connect to it via the dashboard. I have tried a reboot. The front light starts off as blue then after about 10 seconds it turns a yellow \ amber colour.

Any help would be appreciated.

If the LED is amber, solid (not flashing) and stays there indefinitely, then the drive is unable to boot.

You can attempt nfodiz’s debrick or recovery guide, or call WD for replacement (if it’s under warranty.)
