Connection Failed

I’m trying to access my EX2100 from my Samsung phone and Tablet … The file manager finds the NAS okay on the network. Both my NAS and devices are all on the same wifi subnet. However whatever I do I’m getting a message saying connection failed.

I used to be able to just connect but now for some reason it won’t let me without a user name and password

I’ve tried the administration one and an other user name and password I have set-up to no avail.

Nothing I change on the My Cloud admin panel seems to do anything even though I’m having no problems whatsoever on my main computer running windows 10.

I have no idea why phone / tablet are refusing to take the user id and password
