Hello, I just purchased and installed the My Book Live Duo on a Mac OS X 10.6.8 and installed also the new firmware.
Could someone tell me why I cannot access to the MyBookLiveDuo-Backup under the SHARED bar on the Finder? Thanks!
Try powercycling the drive. When you tried accessing the drive, did you try it through AFP? If not then try that. You can also try to access the share from another Mac.
