Connecting to Network Shares without turning "Gamer Mode" On

I have Spysweeper Total Internet Security, and I can’t connect to my network shares unless I turn on Gamer Mode.  And even when I do that, I have to wait upwards of 10mins sometimes for my network shares to finally show up.

I wouldn’t necessarly call this a problem, I would just like to know what I have to do or what setting I have to change where I could instantly connect to my network shares without turning gamer mode on, or changing anything else in my Internet Security program.

I think you’ll have to contact the programmer of that software for that… It sounds like a strong firewall that closes specific ports and then opens those ports on game mode.
