Hi I hope someone can help me. I have a wd my passport essential 500gb portable hard drive but my new tv or my older one which both have usb wont pick it up…is there anyway i can get it the tv"s to read it?
Try posting in the TV section people there are more knowledgable about video stuff. I think the drive probably needs to be reformatted to FAT32 reformatting will wipe out all data.
