I have been using a 1 TB WD My Book with Smartware. It is almost full.
I just purchased the new WD easystore 4 TB Portable to start backing up all my PC files. When I start to use the new WD 4 TB easystore with Discovery do I need to clear any Smartware off my PC? I find very little information on starting the new easystore as a replacement for the early MY book using Smartware. Also, how do I make sure the backed up files on the MY Book are “migrated” to the easystore?
