Are you able to see the drive locally? If yes, make sure to enable FTP for that share on the UI.

Yes, drive shows up as a local network resource along with rest of the My Cloud. Only one user and user is specified to have full access on all shares.
There is only one main toggle for FTP access right ? So you can’t set FTP access or not for shares individually ? Dashboard - Settings - Network - Network Services - FTP Access ON ?
