Connect with FTP as root

Hi!
I want to connect to MyCloud with FileZilla to get full access to all folders (/mnt etc.).
So I tried to login with username “root” and my password, using the SFTP protocol.
I can login, but all I see are the folders /home/root and /home/squeezecenter (these are empty).

It worked with my previous windows installation, so I really don`t know what I’m doing wrong.

What are the correct login settings in FIleZilla?

BTW: SSH is enabled and I also can connect with Putty without problems.

I’ve not used filezilla so pardon the question: can it do SCP instead of SFTP? If so, SCP will give you full access to everything.

The WD FTP service puts restrictions on what can be accessed.
