Connect Wd Mycloud 4Tb block router and drop internet connection

Hi,

  after connect to my net the Wd Mycloud 4Tb after today firmware upgrade and block the router, dropping internet conecction at all.:dizzy_face:

I have an old 3tb MBL and no problems at all.

Some ideas ?

Hi, have you tried powercycling the My Cloud? If the problem continues, try pressing the reset button on the back for 4 seconds.
