I don’t know if you are still working on this…but…my generalized suggestions would be…

disconnect the wireless device
-
power down and unplug the Live Hub for at least a minute.
-
plug the device back in.
-
Turn the live hub back on.

If that doesn’t work, try this process again in the other USB port.
If that doesn’t work, I suggest you troubleshoot the device with your laptop to see if it is working. If you can get it working with your laptop, Try it again with the livehub. Maybe the initial connection to the laptop will initialize something in the device that will allow he live hub to see it. And again, try it on both USB ports.
This is just the simple physical things that I am thinking of off of the top of my head. There might be some menu driven things you can do in network settings and/or restarting the Live Hub.
