I have EX2 ultra and it’s connected to my wifi at the office. I get a page error when I’m trying to connect from my home with a different wifi network and I don’t see the login screen. Do I have to connect only with my office wifi??
If so can I config it to log in to Admin from any wifi network I want?

How do you want to access My Cloud EX2? Do you want to access the dashboard of My Cloud or access via MyCloud.com?

Dashboard can be accessed on your local network with My Cloud device, i.e. My Cloud and Computer should be connected with the same router. However, you can follow below link to try to access dashboard again after the reboot of My Cloud:
