My Samsung smart TV (49MU6670) shows my WD Mycloud as a source, but does not see any of the photo or video files on the drive. Any suggestions as to how I make them available?
Enable Media Streaming in the DLNA Settings in the UI Dashboard click Rescan/Rebuild and give it time to build the database of videos/photos/music
i don’t use DLNA … but the screenshot below shows the setting.
Many thanks - that was all set up OK, but telling me that there were 0 music tracks, 0 pictures, and 0 movies. I then discovered that I had to activate Media Share in the relevant share directory - that seems to have solved the problem!
