Configuring Office 365 Azure AD with WD EX3 Ultra

Hi

Did anybody successfully able to configure the Office 365 Azure AD with My Cloud EX2 ultra.
Based on Microsoft support answer, the FQDN of azure ad for O365 is “.onmicrosoft.com” however when i try to use this information, i always get the servicePrincipal error message.

I tried ssh’ing into the WD and making sure the nslookups resolves - which they do.

Not sure what i am missing?
