It did found my WD my cloud on my network with IP 192.168.0.103
But after I press next, it stuck on this screen.
Is it a faulty product and i need to claim warranty?
Or any solution can be given to solve this?
You dont really need to use the software if you know the IP address. Just enter it in the browser and you should be good to go.
