Hi There,

we have more the 50 computers, i want to backup user data on WDCloudEX4100 automatically every 15 days and also i want to transfer data from Laptops, these laptop not in the same network but they are connected with internet, my device also connected with internet but i am not able configure my cloud.
Kindly suggest me how i can configure the cloud.
