Computers backup


I bought wd ex4 to backup computers on my local network.
i have 6 computers to backup from.
I want to backup documents , movies etc.
i want it not to overwrite every time - i rather save some copies ( like 3 copies and then overwrite )
the files located in different places on my computer.
i want to schedule this automatically, not manually.

what is the best way to do this ?

Probably, you should download WD Smartware and create automatic backup using that.

If using Mac, then you can perform automatic backup using Time Machine.
