I have tried turning my compter off and rebooting…noting. Tried different USB ports…nothing. I have uplugged it fom the power and plugged it back in…nothing! I have not plugged it into a different computer since I purchased it. What can I that you not have to transfer all of my data onto another device to fix this thing??!!
I have read that I should probbly update the firmware…but I can’t do that of the computer can’t find the drive!
What operating system are you using? If it’s Windows look in disk Management and see if the drive shows there. If so look down by the bars and does it say anything like Raw?
