Computer does not recognize my Passport

hi,

I did a stupid thing and disconnected My Passport in a middle of a proccess. since than it’s not being recognized by any computer! i tried useing data recovery softwares but they recognize it for few seconds and then it disappears again…any ideas how i can save my data?

You shouldn’t have done that :confounded:. If you have a Windows computer check if you can find the passport on disk management, or if you have a Mac on disk utility. If the passport is recognized a data recovery program should work, so if the one you that you are using is not working try another. Check if TestDisk works for you, but if it doesn’t you will need professional help to recover the files.
