Have the ability to archive a directory in the web interface as a .zip file, and then have that download.
Right click on a folder/directory, and then it would compress all the contents of that folder, (files and subdirectories) online, and then start a download of that .zip file.
Google Drive’s web interface does this well.
This is a MUST HAVE, a top priority in my opinion. Without the ability to download multiple files at a time, the user experience suffers greatly.
