Not sure what the point was of your post other than a possible half drunken rambling that contributes nothing to helping people solve their Windows 10 / My Cloud issues. The reason for this particular thread was to put in one location several of the potential solutions others have used to solve their problems with Windows 10 seeing or accessing their My Cloud device.
While there are problems with the My Cloud hardware and firmware, in this case the problems some are experiencing appears to lie with Microsoft and Windows 10 and not necessarily WD and the My Cloud.
