I believe that any usb keyboard will work, however bluetooth connected keyboards might be a bit more tricky!
I’ve tried all of our usb keyboards on the hub and they all work!
The key is that any “standard” “HID Compliant” keyboard will work I have a microsoft Bluetooth keyboard that works perfectly on all four models of the Live I have.
If the keyboard works on your Windows box without having to install drivers, it will probably work on the WD.
