Compatibility with hgst deskstar Drives

Hello,
can someone tell me if EX2 is compatible with HGST Deskstar drives? They are 7200 rpm drives and I’ve always seen 5400 rpm drives mentioned as supported.

Hello ottoroluk,

HGST Deskstar drives are compatible to be used with My Cloud EX2 series. In the below link you can find the list of compatible drive with My Cloud EX2.

Also, the HGST Deskstar drives mentioned in the link above are 7200 RPM drives.
