Hello everyone, I bought a WD MyPassport Wireless Pro and unfortunately every time I connect it to the MyCloud app on my Android device it becomes impossible to transfer files from USB and SD. I tried with various devices (Samsung, Huawei, HTC, Google Pixel) and also with some versions of s.o. (from 4.1 to 6, from 7 to 8.1).
The only way I can transfer is to access the Dashboard via PC.
I was able to use 2 Apple devices and I verified that with iOS the operation is perfect.
Assistance contacted with several past messages, the last message they sent me is:
"Unfortunately, this is a known issue in the field with some, but not all Android phones. There is no known solution for the mobile app, but only to connect to the device and use a web browser to access My Passport Wireless Dashboard. "
Is anyone with Android free from these problems? Version used?
