Apologies for the straightforward question - I’ve just been into using this media player in the last few months and bought a second one for our TV in the play room.

My first one was the “-12” and today I bought a “-02.” Straight off I noticed a difference in the menu screen even after updating the firmware.

Could anyone provide any references showing the difference and similarities of the 2 players (12 vs 02)?

There’s no difference from a user point of view between those models. The -xx number is just a manufacturing update (like they changed a component or circuit board layout or something else inconsequential to the function of the box).

Post screenshots of both – it might be something as simple as the UI settings or “theme” settings are different.
