Combine folders "Sync from desktop" and "Sync from destop (1)"

How can I combine so I only have 1 folder?

Thanks for the response.

I do have 2 computers but don’t remember doing a sync from both but I am not certain.

However, I did replace my desktop. Could one of these folders be from the new desktop?
