My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX Series

I keep receiving this notification. Actions to date: New drive installed. Mirror complete. Drives indicate they are healthy. Ran both disk checks. What could be the problem?

Volume Degraded

Volume 1 degraded. Please check status of drive by running Disk Test in Settings >> Utilities.
