Cloudapp works PC access not wroking

getting regardless of the navigator used consistent error:
"the server encountered an unexpected error which prevented it from completing your request. Please close this window and start the sign in process again. "

sick and tired…this is unstable and unreliable device.
Can see it works in admin but cannot enter as user access my files…
