Cloud with no internet?

I am looking to make a person cloud for my workshop without an internet connection or attached computer. Would I be able to attach it directly to a wireless router and use that to connect with devices (once initial setup has been complete with a computer)?

Yes, you can connect it directly, through a wired Ethernet cable, to one of the ports of your wireless router. Then other devices and computers can access the shares of the NAS on the local network. You don’t need the “cloud remote access” to access on a local network.
