Having received confirmation email that my Password was changed, I tried to logon using the new Password.
The wd server does not recognize my new password.
This has been a problem since yesterday when there was an outage recognized by myCloud status.
How can I address this issue with WD?
Any suggestions?

I am using Chrome Browser. (Which in fact did work until yesterday.)However, I see you are using Firefox which I will try.And let you know.Within a few minutes

UPDATED: Firefox Browser does work; Chrome does not!
