What specific My Cloud model do you have?
What color is the front LED of the My Cloud?
Have you tried a different web browser?
Are you using a computer directly connected to the same router as the My Cloud?
Have you restarted (powered off, wait a few minutes, then power on) the My Cloud?
What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Ok thanks, it seems it was a loose ethernet cable. Pushing it in and restart resolved it.
