Cloud sign-in stuck at updating

after updating to the next OS the cloud web access was setup. Today when checking the indexing status the cloud access admin was logged out and stuck at updating while trying to sign back on.

the same here, refresh page, and wait, and it’s ok, but the indexation restart at the same time, days, indexation works … too many problems with this os5 too many bugs for me !



Indexing can be managed at the Share level. I recommend an OFF setting for shares that contain data backups such as TimeMachine, Windows File or any share that contains content that you do not require to have remote access to.

  1. Login to AdminUI

  2. Click the Shares Tab

  3. Toggle OFF the “Mobile & Web App Access” setting
