hello, I setup port forwarding with the default ports of 80 and 443, the mycloud part is working, folks get the email, can log in, upload and download, but when someone clicks on share they get error
“Internal server error. Retry your last operation. If the error persists, contact WD Support for assistance. (200007)” this happens with any account including the admin account access on the my cloud. I changed the ports on the nas to 9080 and 9443 same issue. I have a trouble ticket opened with wd support. in the mean time any ideas? its a good product with a clean gui, which makes it a breeze for end users.
