Cloud Offline However issue with issue with remote access to the User Private Space

Hi

Since the 2.0.1 update i have been uable to access to the User Private Space.

On my laptop and my mobile upon logging in it appears offline
I have performed the 4 second reset, reinstalled wd discovery and nothing seems to work

It appears by the light that it is a doing a Raid Update as I am getting the heartbeat flashing

I can access the Public share

according to the knowledge base article below the heartbeat is a RAID rebuild. How long has it been in the state? RAID rebuilds can take some time to complete.
