Hi. Having an issue with Cloud Mirror (gen 2, updated it to the latest firmware).
When I connect an external USB drive to it and try to do local backup (USB->NAS), MyCloud stops responding:
WebUI shows “408 Request Time out” error after a while, however it responds to pings.
It’s reproducible every time.
Try to reset the unit to see if this helps with this issue, also you can try to do a system only restore, here is a link that might help with both procedures:
Reset helps the unit get responsive, but as soon as I try to do local backup from USB, it stops responding again.
