Cloud Access problem

When my cloud connect to my router, network profile status show no internet access. Cloud access connection status also show no internet access.
Somehow, when i try to update firmware, it will show my firmware up to date after click check for update.
Date & Time also update to current.
Besides, I login to SSH mode and ping with, it got respond too.
May I know what reason and why my cloud can’t access to cloud access function??
I have 3 units with different router, all show same problem as mentioned above.
Kindly someone can help to solve my problem.
