Cloud access doesnot work after safepoint restore

I did FACTORY RESTORE FOR MY 2TB WD My Cloud,then restored everything from the safepoint.And since then i am not able to use the cloud access.

Whenever i enable it from dashboard it shows connection failed.

I have tried to put UPnP to auto and also by port forwarding on the router…and it didn’t help

If anyone got any clue about what it…is welcomed to put their solutions 

Hello, have you tried pressing the reset button on the back for 4 seconds?

Actually I have done that as well but there is no result.

If you have any other suggestion am open to it
