Cloning to larger drive

My source drive has C:, D:, and E:.  C: is almost full and is the OS drive.  Can I use the Acronis True Image WD Edition to clone to partitions that are larger than the source?

Welcome to the Community.

Yes you can. It even allows you to select what to do with the extra space.

Just need to be clear on my question.  My source drive is a single drive (a Hitachi drive) with C:, D:, and E:, partitions.  So, as I clone to the new drive, I can set the C: partition to be larger than the source partition?  Thanks.

I can confirm you are able to extend cloned volumes with a single partition. However, I am currently not aware if this applies to multiple partitions as well.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
