I’m trying to upgrade my SSD and can’t seem to get it to boot.
My system is as follows;
Gigabyte B450DS3H, BIOS Ver F4, BIOS date 1-25-2019, BIOS ID 8A16BG05,
Ryzen 5 2600X, DDR4-300 16Gb, WD Blue 3D NAND SATA M.2 2280 500Gb drive. NEW drive WD BLACK SN750 NVMe 1Tb drive.
Windows 10 Pro, current version 20H2, build 19042.804
I’m using an USB enclosure for the SN750 and using Acronis True Image 2021 to perform the clone. When I change the drives and reset the BIOS to boot from the Windows Boot Manager for the 1tb drive I get an error “inaccessible boot device” I’ve tried to delete the partitions and start over but can’t delete the EFI System partition. I’ve retired several times to ge t to work but no success.
Any ideas for me to try?
