Clone MCH to MCHD

is there a way to clone my old wd my cloud home (4GB) to my new wd my cloud home duo (12GB)? There are a lot of files. it would take weeks through windows explorer.

edit: I only want to clone the WD my Cloud home once. a move, so to speak.
